These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Lesotho, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lesotho

Mpilo Boutique Hotel is operated by Flame Lilly Lesotho Pty Ltd trading as Mpilo Boutique Hotel, under the management of Flame Lily Hospitality.
Payment methods listed at checkout are Lesotho Maloti (M / LSL, South African Rand, USD) rates may change until payment is received.
Accepted Payment methods: Cash, and major debit/credit cards, EFT, on arrival.
A reservation is confirmed only once the required deposit has been received or a confirmation email issued by the hotel.
We have the right to refuse or terminate a booking, charge for no-shows or damages, and request valid photo ID/passport from all guests at check-in
Checkin/out: Check-in from 14:00; checkout by 11:00.
Guest responsibilities: No illegal activity; respect property and other guests;
indemnify hotel for damages.
Liability: Hotel liability limited to direct proven losses up to the value of the booking;
not liable for third party services.
Force majeure: Hotel not liable for failure due to events beyond reasonable control.
Governing law: Specify the hotel’s country/state law and jurisdiction.
Amendments: Hotel may update terms; changes posted on site with effective date.
