Refund (services and bookings)
 Standard rooms: Refunds depend on rate rules shown at booking (prepaid
nonrefundable, flexible, etc.). Flexible rates refunded to original payment
method within 14 days after cancellation processing.
 Third-party bookings: Refunds subject to third-party supplier terms.
