Cancellation Policy (rooms)

 Standard policy: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled
arrival. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival will incur a
charge equal to one night’s stay or the amount specified at booking. Group
bookings are governed by separate group contracts and may have different
deadlines and penalties.
 Noshow: Charge equal to the one night’s stay or the amount specified at
booking.

portal; include booking reference.
